EVOLUTION PHASE (1995-2000)
- In Package Unit:
- Created a strong base for Blue Star in South & Coastal TN
- No. 1 Dealer for South India in Up-country category till now
- Commanding over 40% Market share in South TN
- Equally focused on Split A/C, Freezers & Water coolers
- Established satellite offices in different towns to improve customer service support
- Engaged Contractors for executing projects
- Started a exclusive showroom for Room A/C in Madurai
- Received Service awards twice for AMC during this tenure

- Achieved targets set by Blue Star every year in Package Air-conditioning division
- Qualified for foreign travel scheme consistently

- Aiming to grow further in RAD & RPD sales
- Working towards enhancing AMC conversions
